Torrance, CA – El Camino College to Unveil New Mural Focused on Unity today in the Student Activities Center. ECC art major designed and produced the large-scale mural with a student team. El Camino College art student Haruka Kanemura’s mural on campus is a tribute to friendship, diversity and unity. Hermosa Beach, CA. The fourth annual Sunscreen Film Festival West opens this evening September 29 to October 2 in the South Bay. Festival organizer Robert Enriquez will premiere a new documentary Run Paddle Chug about the local Hermosa Beach Ironman competition held every year on the fourth of July.
“I got this idea, and I wanted to tie [the festival] with the community a bit better,” he says.
